Convent, and well priced for what it is. Our room had cooking facilities and good size shower, perfect for short stays.

The reception was so accommodating and welcoming! Would definitely stay there again. You can't beat the location. Room was very clean, and the roof deck offers a stunning view of Sydney. Loved eating breakfast out on the roofdeck.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. Exceeded my expectations. Good value, too. Only problem is car parking is either very difficult or quite expensive. Nonetheless, I would go back to stay :)

I had a decent stay at this hotel, however I do not think I would choose it again. It was not quite as clean as I was expecting based on reviews (ie. hairs in the bathrooms, on the bedding and floor). The staff was helpful in letting me drop my luggage in the morning before check-in, however I experienced multiple instances of finding nobody at the front desk during open hours. The location is convenient, very close to Kings Cross Station and not too far of a walk to Circular Quay which was nice. The market across the street had a great selection for times when I didn't want to eat at a restaurant and the terrace was an enjoyable spot to relax after a long day.

The staff was more than helpful and courteous. The place was packed with Swifties in town for the Taylor Swift concert, and the limited staff did their best to accomodate all guests. There were a few housekeeping issues due to the circumstances. Staff helped to answer questions and helped to solve some problems that arose. We would book here again if we returned to Sydney.
