This may likely be the finest hotel in Positano based on service, ambiance, amenities, and location. Every staff member was friendly and engaging and went above and beyond to ensure we had the finest experience possible. We had a family of four in the sea view family suite. Views are spectacular particularly from room top bar and restaurant. We dined at both restaurants as well as the bar, all high end service and menus including extensive wine lists. Hotel staff arranged private Mercedes transport to and from Naples as well as in town. Absolute five star experience.

Incredible stay at Eden roc hotel. The property was beautiful and clean. Great location, unbeatable view. The staff was amazing and attentive. Special shout outs for Pascal and Tony who slayed breakfast. The restraints at the hotel were amazing. This is place is a bucket list stay for sure.

Dear M. Kumar,we are so sorry to read you have had a terrible experience. I can trace back this negative feedback to the fact that you were denied a refund after attempting to cancel beyond terms. From our honest point of view, though, we can find no fault of our own. As explained, we have been honoring the reservation, and turning away many requests to hold your room. I cannot blame my Staff under any aspect either: they have gone above and beyond, and have been very accommodating, as you showed up in 4 with the original reservation being for 2. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Such a beautiful property. The staff goes above and beyond. Everyone is SO friendly. The views are phenomenal. The breakfast is amazing. I couldn’t imagine a more picturesque vacation spot. Would definitely go back !

This hotel was absolutely awesome! We stayed in a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the water and the hillsides of Positano; it was a picture-perfect view. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated, and had all the amenities you could ask for, including a small refrigerator with complimentary water and soft drinks. The staff was absolutely incredible. The hotel is centrally located and is walking distance to the center of town. They even have on-site parking available.
