Nice facility modern and clean. Very good breakfast. Many stairs , no elevator.

Beautiful views

Our stay was quick as this was a one night stay as we left the airport but the room was clean and comfortable. We were arriving to the airport late and were panicking about not making it to the property before the front desk closed at 11 pm but when we called the owner had already emailed us instructions on how to get in after hours. It was such a relief. Breakfast was good and the view of the lake was beautiful.

Lovely comfortable hotel half hour to Zadar Good service has it’s own beach, must have your own beach towels… very clean good bkfst very friendly caring staff

NO hot water, only ice cold water. Could not shower. Great location if you do not mind not having a shower or anybody to receive you. No desk clerk.

Dear guests, that ABSOLUTLY can not be the truth. Hotel is one big system and if you do't have hot water then nobody has it. You didn't tell anything or asked and no any another guests complaind. Sorry about your experience but simple it isn't lioke that.
