Clean and tidy room with all the necessary facilities. A comfortable stay and good location to the waterfront. Parking spaces on site are limited and seemed to fill up quite quickly but additional parking around the streets could be arranged through the hotel.

Clean and good value. All staff polite and helpful. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

What did you like:
Rooms: Ample storage, good power shower, clean rooms.
Breakfast: Overall a good spread of hot food items, drinks, pastries etc.. and ample seating.
Dinner: Pizza was good.
Service: Reception staff were generally helpful.
Leisure facilities: Swimming pool was nice and heated and changing rooms were clean.
Parking: Offered a street voucher when the hotel parking was filled.
What do you think would make your next stay better?
Rooms: Lighting to be improved in the rooms, it was quite dark. Mattress did not fit on the bed and was incredibly soft making it not the most comfortable to sleep on. It was cold with heating being switched off so for the whole stay we had to request extra duvets. Quite outdated designs, could do with improving in terms of decor.
Breakfast: They had run out of mushrooms quite early on into breakfast service and unable to make omelets/poached eggs/pancakes due to lack of staff, disappointing considering the price paid.
Dinner: Asian Tapas items were overpriced and small.
Service: More staff required, on a holiday weekend/half term it seemed to be incredibly understaffed.
Leisure Facilities: Jacuzzi and steam room were out of use/non functioning which was not mentioned prior to booking.
Parking: The hotel should look to expand the parking space, as there were not enough spots available for the number of cars despite the offering a street voucher when the hotel parking was filled.
