The day before our stay, I called to inquire about early check-in because the shuttle bus was picking us up at 3:00 to head to a wedding. The female that I spoke with was unfriendly and attitude was pretty much, sorry, it's first come serve, can't guarantee anything. The morning of, I called again and spoke with a very kind man with an accent that marked us as early check-in. There was no problem. The hotel itself was fine, the room was a great size, it was just a little musty smelling.

Perfectly situated in downtown area. Everything was in walking distance which I love. Only bug bear was the $40 valet parking which I feel should be a lot less. Would also be nice to have proper family rooms with twin or bunk beds for kids as we were four in a room. Breakfast was terrible and very limited with mainly unhealthy options. There were oranges and apples which was the only healthy choice. They said that the restaurant was closed so wasn’t typical. Otherwise a great hotel.

We stayed there for my daughter’s bachelorette Party weekend! It was close to everything, the rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly!

Very disappointed with the overall cleanliness, condition and services of property. Since our last stay several years ago, this location has gone downhill. Considering that its location is in the most beautiful/expensive city in NH, Hilton’s stands should be much higher. Additionally, key card readers were down on front exits and there was no room service available for breakfast or anytime before 4pm. Lastly, half the cable stations didn’t work. Overall disappointing stay.
