They give you physical key which can be easily copied by a person who stayed at this facility before. I think this is a serious security issue.

Wonderful apartment. Spacious and clean and quiet. The balcony was a bonus. They had set up the 2 twin sofa bed for my kids which was nice.
We dropped off our luggage earlier in the day before check in. By the time we got back for check in, they have already moved our luggage to our apartment unit.
Definitely would stay there again!

Great central location. Clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. In particular, we are grateful to Joao and Leonor for all the wonderful travel tips that they kindly shared with us. Would like to stay here again.

Our family of four stayed here and thought the property was great! The location is on the upper end of the historic district but was still very walkable and close to many shops and dining options. There was a lot of space for us and our two teenagers to spread out, which is somewhat hard to find in Europe! Definitely recommend for a reasonably priced option for 4!

Very clean and spacious apartment. Ned and pillows were great. It was a 15 to 20 min walk to most activities. Adjacent to Lots of shopping stores. Staff was very nice and helpful.

All the staff were friendly and the place was very convenient to walk to major shopping and dining areas. Apartment was clean and comfortable.
