The staff at the front desk were amazing! They were incredibly helpful and responsive! They made great recommendations and spent time helping us navigate to different places. They made the hotel seem like a 5 star hotel!

Walking distance to all the local attractions. Staff are nice and helpful. Had a great time in Porto. I highly recommend this hotel

Close to all tour pickups and walkable.
On some mornings cleaning staff missed adding toilet paper otherwise all was above expectations. Front desk staff were always willing to help and had excellent recommendations.

I hve been fortunate enough to stay in beautiful hotels around the world including Aman hotels, Four Seasons, and Relais & châteaux properties. This Hilton was on par with these hotel groups and was an extraordinary experience. The welcome from the staff, the quality of the room, and the concierges’ willingness to go above and beyond for guests during their stay. I can’t recommend this hotel and their team enough. This should be your first choice in Porto
