This was such a fantastic hotel, location, rooms, restaurant/bar, reception, all get a 10! From the moment we entered the front desk was so accommodating and one of them called the airport and helped me with lost luggage. The room was the nicest I've ever stayed in, we had a suite and it was so worth it, balcony, windows, living area, views from all windows, shower was fantastic. Guys at the bar were so great, this hotel in a must when in Porto, I give every aspect a 10!!!!

Good location and excellent service and breakfast .
However the room is functionally badly designed with no wardrobe for dresses , no mirror on bedside table , weird and wrong glass door systems in bathroom/ toilet , wasted space by safe , limited view from room .

The location, near to the Rua Flores, the Bolhão market; and the Catalina shopping street was not to be beat. The room was a little small, but adequate, and the bathroom facilities all functioned perfectly. The breakfast was fine. We were only there for two nights, so we didn't have much time to test everything. We have been to Porto two times before. The location and upkeep of this hotel is good enough to make us say, for the first time, we will be back!

It's a matter of style over function but i really hate barn doors for a bathroom. Have a proper door that closes. All else was excellent.

Hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. Close to restaurants and activities. The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. Included breakfast was good too! Thanks for making our stay in Porto one to remember!

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations.
The breakfast buffet was included and delicious.
We loved walking everywhere
