The staff could have been a little bit more friendly and responsive. They are very hands-off and not helpful. I would never use them again.

The beds were small and one of our friend had to sleep in very uncomfortable sofa bed. Blanket wasn't enough. Pillows were very thin. Door lock wasn't working. Avoid these studio apartment and spent few quid more for a decent hotel otherwise u will ruin your trip how we did.

Clean, modern, easy access. Convenient for accessing all the local points of interest. Easy access to subway.

Location was good and pleasantly decorated apartment and common areas. A little noisy at night as the walls are very thin. Excellent customer service.

Clean, comfortable space with nice common areas & interesting artwork. Great location, close to city center, cafes, restaurants, walking distance to river. Would definitely stay again.
