Lovely staff who were so friendly and helpful. Excellent location with loads of sightseeing and dining options. Make a dinner reservation in their restaurant for a great meal as well.

This was a wonderful boutique hotel that was a perfect place to stay on the waterfront in Porto, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, especially Antonio. The restaurant was so good that we did most of our dining at the hotel. The breakfast that was included was very good as well. It is a lively atmosphere with lots of cafes on the street but when we closed the windows and shutters it was remarkably quiet. We enjoyed the street musicians as it added to the ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel, itself was lovely~ spacious room, well appointed, and excellent location. The review is unfavorable due to the hotel’s restaurant. We ate their complimentary breakfast Saturday morning and had reservations for Saturday night (we did not eat anything else on Saturday, as we were looking forward to their menu offerings). We ate Sunday’s complimentary breakfast. Immediately following breakfast, my wife started to have diarrhea. Within 2 hours she was vomiting uncontrollably. My malaise set in around that time, and I experienced the same vomiting and diarrhea . It is 48 hours post our dinner, and 33 hours post our breakfast, and we are still sick. I hate to leave such a negative review, but I also feel obliged to warn other travels.

Dear guest,We are very sorry for your health condition and consequent dissatisfaction.As the restaurant has never had a complaint or problem related to the reasons it presented, much less in the period of time in which it reported the facts, we would like to inform you, that viral and bacterial contamination can occur in public places by simply touching contaminated surfaces or through of droplets that circulate in the air, something very common in travelers, and there may be a risk of infection through touching the mucous membranes with your hands. It is also important to point out that their incubation period can be longer than 48 hours, only appearing after this period.We can ensure that the restaurant complies with the highest standards of hygiene and food control. The ingredients have the highest quality and the professionals who handle them with the greatest care and training.Kind regards.

Incredibly nice staff. Breakfast had bread, juice, and your choice of something cooked and was very good. Rooms are well done and look nice. Only complaint is it is in a very lively area and it can be late outside until the crowd quiets down (also one of its positives).

Perfect location for this intimate property! Staff was super friendly and the made to order breakfast was delicious! We had dinner there as well and the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about the food and wine!
