Quaint place, recently renovated. It was quiet place in the heart of the city. The only issue we had was the poor internet connectivity, I mean not even able to send text messages, the signal got weaker the further we were from the router. I had it looked at but nothing could be done. I had a PT SIM card and data so it was okay for me. Great place to stay other than this issue.

Perfect location

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to the city center and the metro.the apartment is big enough and comfortable. The staff was very helpful

Great location in Porto. Heavy construction on both sides of the building with lots of street traffic so it can be noisy late at night with drunks and traffic and construction starts early. Our unit was heavily smoky from prior guests which also had us leaving the windows open 24/7. Nice kitchenette, spacious and good wifi.

I stayed at the 11 building and there was some construction right behind it - very loud during the day. There’s no AC, but the ladies at the front desk were kind enough to get us a fan. First floor has a strong smell of mold that is almost unbearable. Thin walls, so you can hear everything. Old furniture and the shower had mold and was clogged. Cleaning takes place very late in the afternoon and prioritizes incoming guests’ rooms, which is very inconvenient for existing guests. The only pro was the location, but overall wouldn’t recommend.

Very clean apartment and staff fully helpful. I forgot my passport on the room and they rushed it to me a the airport and i was able to board my plane. Thank you so much

Central and spacious

We booked the standard apartment which faced the rear. It had all the amenities, and also two extra electric fan heaters to warm the apartment. We collected coffee pods from the reception downstairs. The location was central, within 6 minutes walk from Sao Bento and 15 minutes from Trindade stations. We will stay again. Good value.

Smelly bathroom

The room was quite big, warm and had an extra heaters. The aparthotel sits on busy and noisy street, plus building itself is noisy also. The bathroom was stinky and clean in proper way. We would not stay here again.
