This place is beautiful more than the photos on-line! The pictures does not do justice to what it really looks like. Has a Portugal old-vibe to it. Looks like it had been renovated, love the aesthetic especially the bathroom and has a full kitchen. Close to everything! The only thing we did not like is the attitude of one of the staff Beatrice .Cold, unfriendly and unwelcoming. I don’t think she likes her job! I don’t think we will ever go back to this hotel- didn’t know staff can treat guests like how she treated us!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and was stocked with all the necessities.

Apartment and common areas were beautifully kept and exceptionally clean. The apartment and it's layout was very spacious even with the use of the sofa bed. Our only issue was with the shower. One was either scalding hot or freezing cold. The other took a lot of fiddling about with to get it to lukewarm. Other than that is was a great stay.

Very cute apartment. Beds comfy. Nice balcony. Wi-fi went out a lot. Check in was across the street so a little confusing. Friendly staff. They watched our luggage all day so we could check out and still tour Porto.

What bang for your buck!! We stayed in a spacious and beautiful two bedroom two bath apartment, which was more than we needed, and SO affordable. Check-in was very easy even after hours, and Ana across the street in the office is so sweet and helpful! We had a great time staying here, just a short walk from the water front, main shopping district and the main train terminal. We felt safe walking around at night and there are lots of great food options just up the street. We had such a great time!
