Check in was simple. We requested that the hotel arrange transportation from the airport. That went off without a hitch. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable about the area, spoke English, and provided a beautiful breakfast spread. The bed was comfortable. The room had a spectacular view of the river. The common space in the hotel has an amazing view of the river. You can walk along the waterfront which is right outside the door of the hotel. The area felt very safe. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved this property and the location. The breakfast were wonderful and the staff was very lovely. My only comment was that in one of the rooms we stayed in the bed was hard as a rock and it was very difficult to get through the night comfortably

Absolutely fabulous and charming location in the historic river front area. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel front desk, especially Luis, went out of his way to give suggestions, lend a hand, share maps, and engage in wonderful conversation!

The staff was so kind and helpful! The location of the hotel was minutes to everything and everywhere! The breakfast buffet was perfect with a little bit of everything and the dinner suggestions were great too!

We got rooms overlooking the river. The AC was not working and the rooms were incredibly hot. We also had issues with the hot water on the first night. The hotel was poorly maintained.

The AC and water situation was, sadly, beyond our control, we called maintenance and unfortunately they were not able to fix these issues immediately as we had hoped.
