The safe did not work and they could not replace it until the following day, but I advised I needed specially for that day that was not working. They said I could store my belongings downstairs, which I felt uneasy and took them with me. Be aware that sheets and towels are not replaced everyday. I only found out about this on the second day, because I’ve noticed the towels were wet, and there was a sign next to the bed and another one in the bathroom stating that to preserve the environment they would not replace towels or sheets unless you throw everything on the floor before you leave the room (which was not there in the first day!). By the way I was using a comforter which had not been washed for a while, I thought I was crazy, but then I realized that probably the previous occupant had used it and they did not wash it. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable before, and of course I asked them to replace it. The bathroom was dirty (the walls, specially the shower head, and even the toilet was not properly cleaned). They did not provide hand soap until I asked. The tv was not working, and the mini fridge was barely hanging. The room was so dark I could barely find my things. The bunkbed had so little space I felt I was in a coffin. I threw mattress on the floor so I could finally sleep. The guy from the restaurant downstairs acted like he was doing us a favor, while it was just us that evening and he took his sweet time to take our order. Definitely not going back to this hotel.

We have done all checkin online and at the arrival we had to do it over again, with kids, tired, at late night.

Trendy and comfy hotel. It has Brooklyn vibes.Safe neighborhood. Near restaurants and market. Walkable area. Front desk personnel very friendly.

Overall a pleasant stay, with some minor issues. Breakfast is very good, staff is friendly and rooms are comfortable and well equipped. WiFi and air conditioning works well. The minor issues were a missing chair and safe in the room, which they fixed. Also, the faucet in the bathroom was unusable and the kitchen faucet leaked water all over the place. These were minor so I still gave 4 stars.

Modern hotel with renovated facilities. Excellent breakfast and pet friendly. I would come back.
