The property was dirty and smelling

The noise from the highway was so noisy so I tried to drown it out with the AC but that was also so loud that I didn't sleep a wink. The bed was not comfortable and there was a yellow stain on my sheet. I'm never coming here again.

I can’t give a good rating for this establishment due to being charged a deposit that I was not aware of. When I asked for a receipt I was told no. This was on the 22nd as of the 29th I still have no record or way of knowing if I got it back or not. This is like loaning money to someone interest free beware. I also tried to get a meal from the restaurant located down stairs and was totally ignored. After sitting there for a bit I gave up.

When you book on Expedia there is a section on the page that has "important information" on it. There you will find information specific to the property, like deposit information. Most hotels require a deposit for incidentals. Your deposit was released back to your bank the day you checked out.

Parking situation is no good having to share with nearby businesses. Aside from that, fantastic. Simple and straight forward.

We arrived there the reception did not tell us that they had water problem city was working on it and it was so muddy when they opened

Fairly clean and quite decent breakfast that’s included but everything else is terrible - location, parking, noise level. Never going to stay there again.

Sorry you had an unsatisfactory stay. Our location is unique because we are located one mile from the University Hospital, and the Wellness Center as well as the VA, Casey Eye Institute, and Doernbecher's Children's Hospital. We serve a large population of hospital guests. Because we are located in an urban setting surrounded by four major streets and a freeway it can get noisy. However, the same noise exists in downtown properties along with 50 a night fees for parking, which is free at our property.
