Fine hotel, but dated rooms and noisy outside. They were also especially inflexible after a booking mixup.

Other than front desk and maid service, staff were shabby, unfriendly, disinterested- 3 people in bar and it took 20 minutes to get a drink and over an hour to get dinner of which I left most days of mine, my husband ate more but no stars for quality of food - no inquiry as to why I/we left meal or portion of - breakfast time waiter ran around with water pitch under his arm pit - we’ve stores here in and off for perhaps 15 yrs and watched it deteriorate after initial sale…we have other complaints about charges and for this reason will not stay at this hotel again.
