It's average. The rooms are spacious and it's relatively peaceful. The manager is kind overall. There was lots of sidewalk construction nearby so not very walkable overall, but the bus is really close. Hot water worked great. Bottom line, it's safe and clean.

Is very clean here and safe feeling. The staff are very kind and polite and the rooms are actually quite large!
