I would have given the hotel 4-5 stars. I booked a king suite and it was nice, quiet & roomy. Everything was nice until I checked out. The guy at the front desk was extremely rude to me. I was just going over the bill and had every right to question a few things. A hotel is a hospitality job and he failed in that department. I won't be returning to this hotel. I want to fully enjoy my stay from start to finish.

I don't know if this is issue with the hotel or booking through expedia, I booked and paid for a king bed and ended up having a queen. When mentioned to hotel, they said we can't do anything and no refund because it is booked through expedia and that means whatever room is available to me I should get. Important detail to know. I stay in a hotel or b&b almost every month for years and this never happened to me.
