Such a beautiful property, and such a sweet staff! They were so helpful and kind and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Couldn't recommend this property enough

We loved staying here! They put us in a tiny room with two tall guys and a big dog. We were really disappointed. They won’t move us to a bigger room because we entered the room, ridiculous!

the bath towels were so old and thin. It was like rags. it is ashamed because of this i cannot come back nor will i recommend the hotel to people. :(=

The hotel was super nice! The staff were all very friendly and helpful. For my wife and I, the Grand Stark has supplanted another 'hip' hotel in Portland (on Stark across the water in the Pearl) as our go-to when we visit Portland. We love that we can walk to excellent restaurants, bars, and music venues from the Grand Stark. An on-site restaurant/bar is a must, and the Little Bitter Bar (serves food from the Grand Amari) was perfect. We will definitely be back.
