Building was under renovation. Bathroom was not clean. Hair in the sink from previous guest. Bathtub had rust stains all around. Breakfast was slim picking and cold.

Maybe short staffed because there was rarely someone at the desk all the times we passed by. Any problem we did have, it got solved !
The restroom fan was obnoxiously loud and there was mold on the shower curtain. Could be worse. I didn’t see bugs or anything concerning in the room. Renovations are being made so it’s crazy looking in some areas but that’s normal. Pretty good,

Located in a convenient area with many places easily accessible. Pep’s restaurant is within walking distance (next door) that serves good food and has live music often.

No housekeeping during entire stay. Breakfast over cooked sausage and cold eggs. Ripped sheets. No towels. Very uncomfortable.

The alarm went off every night of my stay at 2:30am even after being told the first night that the issue qould be resolved it never was. I ended up cutting my stay short. I planned on staying 4 nights but cut it short due to this issue.
