Booked through Expedia pulled up to check in Annalisa C. presumed that my service dog was not true. And denied us to check in she failed to ask us the two questions mandated by law to determine if my dog is my service animal. We left called Expedia to cancel the reservation only to be told that the hotel is denying the refund. After a lengthy phone call, Expedia granted us the refund on their behalf for the discriminatory actions of this establishment and for the inconvenience. Needless to say my husband and I will NEVER stay at an America’s Best Inn

Dear Wesley,What you have described is nowhere near a normal experience with us. Please know that we welcome all ADA service animals at our property. The Agent at the desk (Annalisa) never denied service, nor did she say that we won't allow you to stay with your Service Animal. The agent did mention that we do not allow pets, which is our policy. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We did not charge for the room that was reserved under your name. Once again, I apologize for the whole situation.Thank you.

Over all nice and easy to get our room, room was clean and tidy. The only complaint I would have is limited access to convince, all the stores and restaurants were a bit away otherwise well wort the price.
