They take an extra 200.00 on your credit card for security deposit

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. We ask for a security deposit when a guest is paying either cash or with a debit card. If using a credit card we do not ask for a security deposit, we put through a pre-authorization on the credit card for the room and taxes.I am sorry if no one advised you when you made your reservation on-line regarding our security deposit.I hope you took the opportunity to enjoy our hot breakfast as well as our pool and hot tub.Take care.
