It was a nice facility with good employees. The room setup that we had wasnt the greatest. It was a pretty small room and the bed was in a position where you couldn't comfortably watch the television. Thepull out sofa matress was extremely old and stained horribly. My son refused to sleep on it. The refrigerator in the room didnt workand there wasnt a microwave. Other than that it was a pretty nice clean facility.

Floor was wet in the room. Also no door seals on the shower so the bathroom floor gets wet. Theres no coffee station in the lobby. No included breakfast for $200 a night rates. Poor layout of the room. No bags in the garbage cans. Room did the job and overall was clean. But wont stay there again.

The bathroom sink area was noticeably unclean. Water spots on faucet, mirror, and there were hair clippings on the counter It would’ve been nice if there was a microwave in the room. The fridge in the room was a nice addition. Bed was very comfy and the level of quietness was high, allowed for an uninterrupted sleep.

Staff was outstanding, happy to accommodate any requests from pool towels to TV repair.. friendly conversation and excellent breakfast. Thanks for a great spring break.

My room was absolutely lovely and clean. And I was there to perform a very quick turnaround of 24 hours to pick up a service dog. Fact that this hotel has specific room set aside their pet friendly without disturbing other visitors is fantastic. Even though I was in a pet friendly room the actual room itself was wonderful with all the creature comforts intact.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean. I was disappointed in the hot tub/pool, it looked dark and dirty, so we dod not use them.
