You have your own kitchen to cook though it is a bit runned down.

Misleading star rating

Expedia cancelled my booking of this accomodation and told me 'Quest apartments has cancelled their contract with us and as a result will no longer be able to honour your booking' I searched Quest apartments, same dates and they were still listing the accomodation, at a much higher rate. I queried Expedia via email of this, with screenshots and email correspondence with an agent. I have been ignored, not refunded for the accomodation and not reimbursed for the holiday i've lost. I will be taking this further with the Ombudsman.

Good to spend the night, or as a cheaper option for self contained traveler.

Quiet, very well maintained and excellent staff. Excellent location to walk or get a bus into the centre.

Pros: nothing
continental breakfast (included) consisted of a large box of cornflakes, a loaf of frozen bread, tea, coffee and long life milk . Bed rock hard

Quiet and accommodating

Pros: Staff
Cons: Some furniture is a bit old.
Location: Away from most things (except the Holiday Inn which is nearby). Can't just step out for a meal, need to plan, especially at night.
The staff were very helpful. The property is a bit dated as some of the furniture could be updated. The facilities were good and the property is in a quiet location.

Thank you very much for your kindly comment. as it is an apartment style hotel, got Kitchen facility in our one bedroom and two bedroom apartment. it is close to the supermarket au bon Marche freshwater, and also the local market is just 5 mins away from Quest in the back. that's why we don't offer any F&B service. but we are working on the F&B part right now. will definitely make it better in future. and some new furniture is also on the way. hope see you again next time to see our change:)
