Very quite and beautiful. It is somewhat far away from the next property, however, the city is still easily in walkable distance. Pretty much perfect

Was a clean and relaxing place to stay for our last night in Vanuatu. We did experience some issues with the electrics in our room switching on and off, but It seemed to come right eventually. Overall a pleasant stay, thanks!

The location is excellent, about 1.5 km to market and central of the city.

I loved staying at the lodge. It is close to a lot of Port Villa's attractions and town. Lovely staff and facilities. My only issue was the hot water. I only managed 2 days out of 7 to get one. The weather was warm but not warm enough for a cold shower. I would still stay again at the lodge but would hope the hot water system will improve.

This was a small boutique hotel, fairly quiet and nice views over the lagoon. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable, unfortunately we had several power outages through out our stay, at times became very difficult for my daughter and 12 week old baby especially in the evenings. It also interfered each time with the tv so ended up with no Netflix, which we only watched at bed time. The pool was nice a few mosaic tiles missing on the steps, but nice and clean. The decking around the pool in areas needs attention as a little unsafe. It was a shame that the wooded louvre doors didn’t have mosquito netting on so we could have the slats open at night. The staff were helpful

This suggests that it was likely an electrical appliance someone was using in another room that was tripping the power. It was lovely to be able to have a morning swim in the lagoon each day. An easy walk into town and multiple waterside restaurants and bars. The hotel is a great compromise of being just far enough out of town to be quiet, but still walkable.

The staff at Fatumaru were very friendly and helpful. Comfy bed with large mosquito net (essential!) and a beautiful water view to wake up to. It's walkable to everything yet is super quiet so easy to get a good night's sleep. As from other reviews, the dripping shower was still there so would recommend bringing ear plugs. Also make sure you don't leave any food crumbs around as an ant party will arrive without delay.
