Black mold in rear right of unit 222. Customer service said they didn't have the authority to assist and asked if the mold was acceptable for just a one night stay.

Jason, Thank you for your feedback. We are still trying to figure out what exactly you are referring to as molo as we dud gave maintenance look into it. We have been and were more than cooperative on giving you a full refund. However, when you go through a 3rd party and pay them and not the hotel you have to go back through who you paid. We did let Expedia know that we give full consent to give you your money back when they called us. We do apologize for any negative experiences you had.

Although our room (and I believe the entire hotel) is non-smoking, our room smelled intensely of cigarette smoke upon arriving. My wife developed a terrible headache. Besides this, the stay was fine. Breakfast downstairs was good as far as free hotel breakfasts go.

Remote controls did not work. Breakfast was good.
