Properly close to Flynn beach, restaurants and small grocery. Pool is great with nice hot tub.

We had 2 families staying in 2 villa, both of them were clean and friendly to kids. Kitchen was clean and had everything you need for lite cooking, BBQ facilities also were convenient. We woke up every morning by birds outside. About 5 mins walk to Flynns beach which is quiet and less people. If you are from a busy city, stay here will be so relaxing.

Good Amenities; however, need to maintain
dryer and AC needs to be set at a lower temp.

Really enjoyed our stay here . would most definately stay again. Loved the couch in the lounge it was big enough for all four of us to be comfortable. Pool was very nice.Loved the water dragons that visited every day too.

We have been going this this place for years, and every time something has been improved. Best stay for a family in Port Macquarie. Everything works as it should.
Many other places in Port Macquary is dated and feels old, not here.
They do their best to help.

We had a wonderful stay at Flynn’s on Surf Beach. The villa was lovely, modern and clean. The garden outlook onto tropical plants was beautiful. The complex was quiet and family friendly. Our boys loved the modern big swimming pool and spa. And it was fantastic being so close to the beach.
