queen bed hard as a rock buy mattress toppers
lounge hard all cushions thin and worn out
old fridge requires replacement
shower too small but awesome water pressure
kitchen adequate needs wash clothes for cleaning no serviettes
clean linen could do with extra towels if a family

We stayed in the boat house for two nights and found it really well presented and super clean. The holiday park is small but nice and a lovely feel to it. Only minutes walk to Flynns beach and a short drive into main centre. Would definitely go back.

The van was older but everything worked ! The fridge was cold and freezer froze my ice blocks ! Outstanding after two previous hotel fridges couldn’t perform !
The location is great and I can Hartley say it was a blast !

The property had this warm welcome no sooner Yu walked in was spacious clean and comfy ..
Will for sure come back and recommend to others it was a great place to take a break .. thank you
