They gave us a room beside the elevator..noisy ALL night. There was no plug for the tub. The coffee pods for the ONE cup brewer were 4 cup size. The breakfast options were slim. It's clean and safe.

Loud people were making a lot of noise talking and laughing in the hallway around 2:00 in the morning for almost half an hour. The entire building could hear them.
No one told them to shut up.

Room smelled bad of urine. No breakfast in the morning all ladies in front would say is no one put the order in so there is no breakfast available. No apologies no nothing.

The trip was reserved on Hotels.com and they charged my credit card. Had to go twice to the hotel to get it removed. The counter clerk dressed in old black hoodie and not a smile. Frowning and could barely get out of her mouth a hello.
