Helpful staff at a dated facility in need of upgrades. Room HVAC rattled so moved to another room quickly.

Pool area needs updates. The beds are not great. You sink into them. Lots of noise and dog barking a a room next door.
Breakfast was fine.

The pool area was clean and the pool was actually warm enough to swim in, most are to cold. Hot tub was ok, jets not the best but water temp was good.

The mattresses are worn out! Could actually feel lines in mattress- slept for three nights on two big pillows under me in order to sleep. Told front desk clerk upon arrival and he showed me another room/ same situation. Carpet worn out and dirty looking. Staff always helpful and breakfast very good, put out early and area very clean where you eat and come on hotel. This is NOT a four star hotel- no way. I did outside sales for a large hotel still in business- my property had to be top notch for me to bring the business people to lunch and show the rooms. More consistency in dressing of hotel staff would be more professional as well.

This hotel needs a deep clean. Dirty carpets and my mattress smelled where my head was. 😳
