Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing.

A lovely week

Wonderful stay with friendly staff. The outside restaurant was lovely. The bedrooms were very fresh every day. Only complaint is the pool wasn’t clean enough to swim. I would stay here again and again.

This hotel is very unprofessional. Starting from the gate. The gate man did not even welcome the guest properly. When the opened the gate the first thing the gate man said was your horn is too loud.!! Can you imagine. Now Moving on to the receptionist who was not available. I Waited for almost 15mins before the receptionist showed up. She claimed she was out for lunch. Another issue was the porter. He was so rude.instead of taking responsibility of the non working internet and air condition. He was busy showing off bad attitude. The name is a fraud, this hotel uses the picture on the website to attract and reap off customers. It is totally different from what you see on the pictures . You beg for towel . The rooms smell awful. It was plain and simple a waste. The porter had the audacity to tell me we only give out one towel per guest. In as much as the towel was dirty. Room was dirty and dusty. Even down to the bedsheets. I checked out immediately because i felt unsafe and scared for my health . I told them i will ask for my money back because what i paid for was not what was offered. The receptionist said she will inform their manager. This was a horrible experience .

There was nothing to like. The hotel is very unprofessional especially the guy that pose as IT manager instead of taking responsibility non working internet, blames it on the guests. The name is a fraud, that use that to attract and reap off customers. You beg for towel, toilet paper. The rooms smell awful. It was plain and simple a waste. I told them i will ask for my money back from because what i paid for was not what was offered, no internet etc

Our IT personnel received your complaint of poor internet connection and when assisting he found out that you were unable to connect to a restricted website from your device. However, he was able to connect to other websites which worked perfectly. We also met with you to find suitable solutions to make your stay an enjoyable one, however, we are dismayed to read that we were not able to meet your expectations.
