Friendly staff, access to room convoluted and already showing heavy use. Room clean but partially worn, very basic. No fridge. Access to airport is superior!! Breakfast buffet is a large selection. If you are into Spa environments, Spa would be a overstatement for a pool, a worn cold and wet Fin-Sauna, a steam room. Showers can not adjust, change rooms are with lockers, only one towel per guest (which explains the smelly wet Sauna).

Beautiful room we had. Modern, clean and comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hot tub over looked the River Clyde and Dumbarton Castle which was pretty amazing.

My wife and I were in room 43 and because of Air Conditioning Units outside our bedroom window we did not sleep due to the noise of them. The room wasn’t cheap and this spoilt our stay.

Hotel is amazing, well designed, SPA service is great, food is tasty and nice. Great walking area, picturesque place and great views from the room. All services are at the highest level.
