Nice stay in Port Fairy.
Posted 28 Feb 2024 on HotelsClassic motel just off the Main Street. Friendly reception, smallish room. Clean with exception of lots of crickets but we heard there has been a current invasion of crickets. Water is heavily treated by the city so properties there do have some taste in the water. Had enough kitchenette items for a couple.

I had a great stay and I'd highly recommend it. The room was excellent and the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is central and very convenient.

Very nice woman greeted us upon check-in. The motel is very central....just down a private driveway from the main street, in fact. The room was quiet and comfortable. Id stay there again.

The best thing about this property is its location. It is walking distance to everything. It also had a decent sized room which was very clean and usable.

I liked that the motel was right on the Main Street of Port Fairy, easy access to restaurants etc. convenient. We had little interaction with staff.
Coming from Canada, I’m not a big fan of places that offer dishes to use, and then having to wash them in the bathroom sink. Perhaps that is unique to Australia.
Room was clean.

Centrally located, everything was within easy walking distance. Andrea was very welcoming and helpful.
