The Palm Marina is an excellent 5 star hotel. The staff cpuldnt have been more helpful and like all Tunisians very friendlly. The food was plentiful and a good variety. In particular i lloved the dessert cakes, perhaps a little too much! I made use of the indoor pool.amd gum while i was there Overall i cant recommend the Palm Marina highly emough.

Wifi doesn’t work at all, fridge , safe doesn’t work, tv doesn’t work and to old what could be at any hotels . Food is not fresh and bad quality- rating- 2 of 10. Sorry, but nor recommend to no-one.

Going bankrupt!

First room was not what I had reserved and the a/c didn't work. They didn't move us until the next afternoon. Then this room was full of ants and extremely noisy. Bed was like laying on a board. We heard noise from the elevator, ping pong table until 2am, disco until 2am, maid service room elevator from 8am-8pm, elevator outside the room all hours of the day and night! The hotel was not air conditioned properly. It was hot everywhere! The bar tender said they are going bankrupt and closing on the 20th of September. They ran out of alcohol too.

The worst hotel I ever visit my entire life The room smell like a dead rat The carpet in the room and the hall way are very dirty Bed bugs in the room The furniture are very old This hotel doesn’t deserve even one star It’s worse than a motel Very very very very dirty the rooms and they stink like a dead animal inside and I end up with leaving the hotel the same day and Expedia gave me my money back and help me to find another hotel

Service and quality of food was disappointing 😞 . This is an over rated five star its more like a 3 stars all inclusive cheap holiday. overall disappointing 😞

Amazing place to stay

Was really a beautiful hotel , lobby and reception area was so beautiful . We booked all inclusive and enjoyed the variety of the buffett fir breakfast linch and supper . They also offered snacks at 11 . Beautiful pool with lots of activities to enjoy such as beach volley ball ,ping pong ,darts . They also have a in hotel disco , it was ok honestly . They have a dj but they dont change the music . Each night it was the same line up of music which made it incredibly boreing .
