We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by the state of the unit on your arrival. The cleaning and maintenance of the unit have been addressed, and we have taken steps to ensure that our cleaning standards and processes are reviewed and improved to prevent a recurrence of such incidents in the future.Regarding the bunk bed in the second room, we apologize for the discrepancy between the pictures on our website and the actual bed available in the unit. We have removed the bunk bed and it is now a double bed, but not believe this will be a problem, as the amount of pax are still the same.In regards to the load-shedding issue, we apologize for the misunderstanding as none of our units have generators and we are struggling to understand where this information is coming from. We understand that the issues you faced have impacted your holiday, and we regret that we could not meet your expectations. As for WiFi - Reception in this area is very good and you can make use of your mobile service data for your connection to the internet. And as for the small pool luckily for the very large ocean to have that great exercising swim.
