The bath towels are yellowish , should changed
The showers was damaged
The bathroom tiles are too old , need to upgrade
Location is best among all hotels around the town and the reception lobby is roomy

Suitable for business and family with tight budget

Pros: Clean and reasonable pricing which include breakfast for two. The location is good since it's near to shops and PD/Lukut town.
Cons: Provide a common water dispenser at each floor and make the hotel a non-smoking area.
Location: It's located in between Lukut and PD town. Just a few minutes drive to both towns. Near the main road where public buses pass by.
Overall the hotel is acceptable with its clean room and toilet. It has elevator and a common shared electric iron. No hot water dispenser/electric kettle. To get hot water, you'll need to take it from the hotel kitchen. At night smells of cigarette smoke coming into the room from under the door. The karaoke function hall at ground floor might be a little noisy for those staying at first floor.
