Our room had no shade in it so the bright light kept us awake all night. The staff on the other hand was amazing trying to make our stay as comfortable as they could

The staff was very friendly, especially the woman at the front desk for check-in and the woman who set up and re-stocled breakfast. Our check-in lady even brought an anniversary card to our room after learning that it was our anniversary. That was very kind!

Staff was either rude or just sitting in the lobby chatting and laughing at guests when they passed by through the night.
