Our Cruise line was quarantined on Mauritius port and we couldn’t disembark. I tried canceling but they didn’t except it so I had to pay for it and we didn’t go.

Disappointing stay at the hotel

The hotel is a disappointment. Our room had no bathroom towels and we had to ask for them. We found a hair strand on the bedsheet. Dinner service was non existent and the food quality was very poor. Ditto for breakfast. The only highlight of our stay was the delightful pizza we had for lunch. It is definitely not somewhere we will be staying again.

Horrible.. breakfast would be better in a 35 dollar bed and breakfast..

Business stay, pleasant but restaurants overrated

Business stay for 3 nights. Was comfortable and room nice, spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Two restaurants at the hotel was overrated for me, had better meals for cheaper at restaurants off site. This is the one area I would recommend to be improved. Airport transfers were arranged by front desk, very helpful, but the return transfer were late in arriving.

We had a wonderful two days at this hotel. The staff are well trained and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious and our room was immaculate and very comfortable. A 5-star experience!!
