So inviting, the first thing I was drawn to do was to have a cuppa in the sunshine on the verandah. So clean, everything I needed, had such a nice feel to it, it was great value for money.

Host, Ron responded very quickly to text message. Great overnight stay esp. if one needs to appreciate Great Ocean scenic places like 12 Apostles etc.

The grounds and cottages were exceptionally clean and pleasant to stay at.
Very easy to find and check in/out.
Very comfortable and quiet location for a weekend getaway, highly recommended.
