I was not happy with the other guests making too much noise and they were like this all night. Found it hard to sleep and no management even bothered to speak to them to keep it down. People like myself come for work from Adelaide and have really big days,and all we want is to come to our accommodation at the end of the day and have a good night sleep. I was unable to do this due to the loud noises by the other guests.

Tried to access gym which is open till 10pm but was told at 9.15 that they cant open ot and that we should have accessed the key before 8.30
They should change the written advertisement in the room which says its open till 10pm to include " make sure you access it by 8.30"

This was a great stopover for us on our way to the outback. Great location with an easy walk to town around the waterfront. Apartment was well-appointed and kids enjoyed the pool. Quiet and convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
