Parking! It was hard to find a parking the first night we were there. Maybe you should consider parking passes for the room #. It makes more sense that we park where we can see our vechicle. I think people will tend to have visitors not stay there.

This guest was extremely rude at check in. She was verbally abusive to the owner and the property manager, angry that she had to pay an incidentals deposit, and had to have her SON calm her down. Please find another hotel to stay at. You had 0 complaints about your room during your stay, and were just upset that when you were disrespectful at check in, we did not bow down to you. Stay elsewhere in Port Aransas, please!

Check in was easy and the location is great! The staff were easy to communicate with and friendly.
The pool is a decent size and has a shallow spot for little kids. Plenty of chairs as well and in great condition. Very nice well kept picnic area with plenty of space for multiple families to use. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels provided.
The area was pretty lively all day and night haha. It made for a fun atmosphere if that’s what you are looking for. But if you are wanting a quiet getaway you may want to book elsewhere. The walls are thin so you can hear the TV in the next room and “other” things.

The pool was absolutely beautiful and so was the hot tub. I will stay here again. I just will try a cottage next time. Wish it had more amenities inside. Like Microwave or more than one very small trash can.
