I loved the relaxed atmosphere and cleanliness of the guesthouse. The staff was very friendly and attentive: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the mangoes were a bonus.

The place is located in the highland along the coast. It is actually difficult to get there with Google map because the small road that leads to the place is not correctly recorded on google map. We found that Apple Map works much better in this area. The place has a beautiful view of the landscape and convenient access to a swimming pool. Lots of mangos that you can pick. The lady at the reception was super friendly. However, it's not very easy to find a decent restaurant within walking distance. You either have to drive to the town or eat at the guesthouse. It was also difficult to make payment if you book the room on their own website and credit card will be charged an additional fee. It is within walking distance to Frenchman's Cove but it feels dangerous to walk on the roadside as there are some wild drivers and there is no pedestrian lane. The property has a no shoe policy and it feels uncomfortable to walk on the wet floor with bare foot when it's rainy.

First time in Jamaica. I had no idea how I find the All Nations Guesthouse. I loved my stay there. It was beautiful, clean and amazing. The staff all of them were beyond great. The property is beautiful. If you looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay well all nations Guesthouse is a win win. Miss you guys.. Big up Jamaica ❤️

When i arrived the srtaff insisted i removed my flip flops i informed them i wear flipflops inside to prevent picking up germs. I was informed that the room i booked could not have 4 people in as all nations had the reservation for 3 people. I immediately asked for the money rerurning and that we would go some where else. The staff member was patronising and stated it was none refundable. We thrn left the accommodation. While i was out the owner of All nations Alex phoned me on my phone and on WhatsApp and was sending messages on WhatsApp for 4.5 hours. Until 1am, i informed him this was harassment and explained i was very disappointed with the reception i had received. Alex insisted i purchase another room for 1 guest which i wasnt prepared to do as there was enough room for 4 people in the room i booked and paid for. The owner made myself and guests felt so uncomfortable that we did not even stay at the accommodation. I would not recommend this accommodation

Your actions and those of your guests directly contradicted the decorum and respect we expect at our establishment.Let's start with the basics: our no-shoes policy is about hygiene and safety for everyone, a point your group chose to ignore completely. We offered slippers as a compromise, a gesture you clearly didn't value.Your argument over the room booking defies logic and highlights a failure to understand simple terms. You booked for three, not four. This isn't up for debate; it's a matter of compliance with safety standards. Your insistence on sneaking in an extra person, coupled with verbal insults, is both baffling and unacceptable.The terms of the refund were crystal clear at the time of booking: non-refundable. This is a standard practice across the industry. Trying to change these terms on a whim undermines the integrity of any agreement. We cannot change the policy because you choose to come with 3 men instead of 2.Now, onto the behaviour witnessed: the act of urinating in our parking lot by one of your party members is disgraceful. We have video evidence, and such conduct is intolerable. It insults not only our efforts to maintain a clean environment but also the intelligence of anyone involved. Like we have video proof that YOU DID SLEEP in our hotel,, so you are also lying when you state the contrary. Just a pathetic attempt to denigrate us.Your claim of harassment for our repeated attempts at communication is unfounded. Our intent was to find a peaceful solution, yet you chose insult over dialogue, claiming a right to overcrowd with 3 men the room against clear policies and NO PAYMENT.The abyss between our values and your actions is vast. We take pride in offering a clean, safe, and respectful setting for our guests—a commitment evidently lost on your group. Your review does not reflect on us but rather highlights the challenge of upholding our cherished standards against such blatant disrespect.
