The staff, led by the admirable hotel manager, Difford, went above and beyond to ensure our holiday stay was special.
The housekeeping service, particularly by Bonnie, was outstanding. Our room was impeccably maintained each day, providing a serene and spotless haven to return to amidst the festive hustle. Bonnie’s attention to detail and dedication significantly enhanced our comfort during the stay.
