Shower handles broken.
Taps not secure to the basin
No aircon. Thank goodness it was overcast and cool. Fan was ok.
Beds were too small. King would have been better
TV is working but has minimal channels and the screen has multiple lines so part of the TV is not clear.....thank goodness we don't watch much TV.
Could do with a repaint and overall maintenance is required.
Asked for towels at 2pm, had to ask for towels again at 6pm
Wouldn't rush to book again, unless desperate.

The staff is welcome and great, but hotel room needs a bit of tlc, otherwise lovely place

Posted 3 Jan 2018 on Hotels1) Room 40 can be improved by using some painting and replacing old silicon around bath/shower.
2) Wi-Fi? Not free open Wi-Fi you get 100Mb per day !!! Please review your advert.
3) Room 40 the carpets are very dirty.....just take a white paper and rub it over the carpet or walk barefoot. You will see it.
4) Parking was bad. Why not allocate a parking bay for each room??? Sleeping hotel guest comes first!!!!
5) Pool area.....way too overcrowded.
6) Your staff are very friendly.
7) Hotel location is great.
