In line with the booking policies clearly outlined on the travel site, you agreed to the cancellation policy at the point that you confirmed your reservation. As such, we are unfortunately unable to offer a full refund for non-refundable bookings.Secondly, after your check-in, you made it clear to us that you wanted to leave. This was not because there was a problem with the hotel, as such, but due to the fact that your girlfriend preferred to stay somewhere 'more Italian'. We understand that personal preferences can change, however it is not always feasible for us to accommodate such requests. We strive to provide the best possible experience for all our guests but cannot guarantee individual preferences.We were made aware that you had booked both our hotel and a partner hotel for the same period. While it is understandable to compare options, it is generally recommended that guests review the available information before making a reservation. This ensures that the chosen hotel aligns with their preferences and requirements.Finally, we regret that you felt the need to intimidate and threaten our staff in an attempt to secure a full refund.
