The level of cleanliness needs to be improved, especially the floor still has dirt and the toilet part of the wall and floor is not scrubbed cleanly

Everything about this hotel is wrong. And better to check everything before paying what you didn’t get. If I’m back to the city I won’t stay here again

Cap Goh Meh

Very nice hotel, i stay 3 days for cap goh meh event. located on center of the city. ( gajah mada ). Easy to go everywhere, a lot of food stall and nice restaurant. Staff all are super friendly. I have no complaint about. Will be back when im in pontianak again.

For the price of this hotel I felt I got a fantastic deal! The outside of the hotel looks plain but once you step through the doors into the gleaming lobby it was a really wonderful hotel! The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient and the room was great! The room was very modern with a strong air conditioner, a fridge, a clean and modern bathroom, and a very comfortable bed. The room included breakfast which was on the 11th floor with a fantastic view! Breakfast was a big buffet with something for everyone😀 I only had one night here but i would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Pontianak.This had to be the best deal in town!

Location is good. Cafeteria located on 11/f, the highest in the city. Has panoramic view of the city, excellent. The amenities is terrible, towel has holes and black. The toilet has rusting colour!
