Nice Hotel, Great Location, Rude Front Desk Staff
Posted 13 Feb 2020 on HotelsThe hotel is a nice hotel with a great location in Pontevedra, but the desk staff was really helpful...or even remotely friendly. I've traveled in Europe enough to know and expect the differences from service in America. I don't expect the staff to fawn over me, I don't actually want it, but don't be rude. The lady at the front desk was downright rude. I wouldn't stay there again, simply for this reason.
