Quarto no primeiro piso com barulho das edificações vizinhas. Limpeza a desejar com poeira acumulada no piso. A camareira não utilizava máscara para limpar os quartos. Cobertas e travesseiros não estavam protegidos, normalmente vem em sacos lacrados nos outros hotéis. A comida do no jantar foi servida fria.

Bed linen pretty clean, as the towels, it could be a little better beneath the bed - I check everywhere before leaving it not to forget things. Breakfast is one of the best. Service is good. The mattress is great, you really rest. I´ve been staying there for a while whenever is available and with a few exceptions everything was pretty good. There´s a very clean small fitness center, very convenient. A good range of TV channels, working properly, as the internet. Anyway, a pretty convenient and nice stay.

Decent hotel..Nothing fancy!

Location: Not much around the location. There is supermarket across the street and a club called Kalinka's across the street.
Check in was easy, the staff was accommodating. The hotel room does not have a safe unless you purchase a more expensive suite, the bathrooms need updating and the shower tiles towards the bottom are filthy with mildew. The hotel does not provide irons and there are no ice machines. You must called the front desk to request ice be brought up to your room. The mini fridge is stocked but you have to pay for it. Like I said, it's a place to lay your head but it could use major upgrades and improvements.

Many things out of order

I ordered double bed and not available and staff was not willing to change. I have to paid for parking when it supposed to be included. No restaurant service when I arrived at 5pm. My credit card was not accepted. When I paid in cash staff was no willing to provide receipt. Too much troubles.
