Não foi confortável, pois nos acusaram de termos levado uma Bíblia que estava no quarto e de termos perdido copos que nem nos apresentaram quando chegámos. A mesma história ouvimos em outros quartos. Pagamos a Bíblia e os copos só para evitarmos barulho

Dear ClientEvery Client when they check-in is given a Room Inspection Form and the Room inventory is checked and confirmed with the Guest and Paraiso Reception Manager - This is to ensure all equipment is fuctional and all items is in the room - and is signed by the Client. Never will Paraiso ask you to pay for something that is not broken by you or is missing while you were present . To give us a bad review for this is not corect - as we pay for all these things and unfortuantly it does cost money to replace - the cost of replacement is actually a lot higher than ehat you were asked to pay as we need to order from Maputo and drive there to buy. Thank you!

We were in a 2 room self catering unit. Everything was so-so. Or ok. The kitchen was a disappointment. We cooked the first night - had to request the gas be turned on. Very difficult to use the stove (hard to adjust flame, turn knobs), then even with all the knobs off we would smell gas strongly when entering the unit. My husband turned off the gas outside and we did not use it again. Unit serviced each day. Employees friendly. Beach nice. Pool looked nice. But just a bit run down. I would try somewhere else next time

Clean, decent and comfortable.....we had everything we needed. The place was close to shops and right next to the beach. Loved it!

What a scam...

WARNING - this is a trick. I booked via Hotels.com - and they money was drawn from my account. I got a confirmation email. But when I arrived at Paraiso do Ouro Resort - they told me that there was no reservation for me, and that they did NOT work with Hotels.com. - Hotels.com's help desk refere to a phone number in Irland, but this is an automated besseage saying the system is down - please call later. No email address and other ways to get in contact. - It looks like I have been tricked and lost 181 Euro. So this is a warning to others - DO NOT book at this resort via a website.

The Problem was not with Paraiso or Expedia - it was that you did not do the booking with us or Expedia - Regards Paraiso - we do 1000's of bookings with expedia and or directly and no problems.
