Nice modern hotel but very simple. Staff is extremely unprofessional and hands off. I would expect significant more from a 5* place

The main building and public areas are lovely. The buffet restaurant is huge with ample choices. The beach is isolated and requires a long walk down and later back up a steep hill. Rooms across the street are inconvenient and parking is limited.

Fairly extensive property with multiple amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of family activities.

Amazing place with variety of pools and activity but and big one on food very bad not fresh and not at all a 5 star hotel food.

we were robbed on the last day. Someone stole our things from the terrace. We reported to the reception, but they did nothing about it. This was our second stay at the hotel, but I no longer feel safe and we will not be coming to the hotel again.

Once you informed us upon check out about the items you had left in the balcony to dry out, we also searched for them, but unfortunately nothing was found. In your discussion with our Guest Relations we informed you about the strong wind which might have taken the items from the balcony.
